The acquisition is a further step in the company’s mission to be the leading platform for the eCommerce industry.
Berry Support is a multi-channel customer support and CRM platform serving eCommerce merchants communicating with their customers on Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or live chat. Berry Support will allow Focal customer service teams to manage all tickets, customer service requests or chat in one place. Additionally, the CRM module will help merchants manage historical information such as chat and message history across multiple channels, order cancellations, refunds, or duplicate orders with the click of a button.
